Brenda, I live in NYC so I don't think finding a good doctor for a second opinion would be difficult. I wish you the best of luck with your surgery and nothing but pain free days in the future. I just started taking Viox, a new anti-inflammatory for osteoarthritis. It seems to be helping a little but I won't know for sure for a couple of days. I do still occasionally have a few reduced pain days! So I won't if it's the viox or a good run until I try to do more than just sit alot.
