Hi Kori, I'm also 23 and also had Legg Perthes at age 10. I also had an Osteotomy and was pain free until 6 months ago. Now the doctors are considering a hip replacement. I'm really scared though because most of my pain is in the outer hip. When I was little it was all in the groin, so I'm scared this could be a seperate problem. Where was your pain before the THR?
