Almost 4 months now and sometimes I think its a miracle. Walking without pain at the ripe old age of 51. Let it be said seat belts save lives but they can send a hip on the journey to a place you dont want to go. Wouldn't it be nice if insurance companies could admit it.....Anyway, I have a lot of questions about about what I can and can't do. How far is too far? I got on a bicycle at Costco the other day, just sat on it because we need another bike for my wife and I to be able to ride together this summer, and I had an instant very uncomfortable sensation in my the back of my hip [butt]. I carefully got off the bike and walked it off to make sure I hadn't really screwed up. It was a crummy feeling...but I can walk more or less pain free..............I am a carpenter by trade[self employed] and have to face a lot of challenges in the comming months, most of which present a great deal of anxiety. Thanks for listening.....Jack
