I am 3 weeks post-op (today) from my left THR. I have or should say had congenital hypoplasia of the hip and had a 2 inch leg length discrepancy which has now been corrected. I am starting to use a cane and I have to say this procedure has been a dream come true. I didn't want to wait until I was in excruciating pain before they'd do anything.
