Hey Turner: Glad to hear you're coming along fine. The clicking sensation is (possibly) the muscles of the outer hip-femur, rubbing against the new metallic ball joint. I excercise with weights and treadmills quite often, and that was one of my earlier concerns. It's been a little over a year since my replacement and things are looking up. Stay with the physical therapy, it is very important to strengthen your legs. Good Luck!
