Just heard a similar story. Took prednisone 20 years ago for ulcerative colitis and now I have been told I have a hole in my hip. Did not hear the Aseptic Necrosis diagnosis. Checking this out on my own. The Doc called it an old cyst from years ago and said it prob was the steroids. I am devastated. Adjusted to the colitis and now at 47 to hear this. I am totally crushed
