Donald, I also had bilateral avascular necrosis, and I ended up getting 2 THR's. 1st at 35, 2nd at 37 i'm now 43, and the as long as you can stand the pain delay the surgery, but when the pain becomes too much to bear have the surgery, God Bless---you are not alone!
