Hey, I'm 47 and had the left hip done last November. Yes, its hard the first few months BUT FOLLOW YOUR DOCTOR'S ORDERS!!! One day it will dawn upon you, "HEY,I am actually feeling a lot better now!" Sorry, but no one said it would be easy.....you got to do what you got to do.
