i live in durban south africa ,i'm 40 years old and was told 2 years ago that ihave avn badly in my left hip and just starting in my right hip. i have had a total hip replacement in my left hip 4 mth's ago together with a core decompression on my righthip.the pain in my right hip is now bad and i believe i will soon have to have a full hip replacement on my right hip . my other concern now is that a have terrible pain in my right shoulder and slight pain in my left shoulder.has the avn now all over my body ,i would like to hear from other people who have the same problem please,with i should and most important ,how do i stop the avn from spreading further,please !!
