Lola, The uneven leg length could be because your body has not yet adjusted to the new level you are now walking at. I know we can get walking pretty uneven with one hip worn down. It could also be post-op swelling that will diminish. I have even read on the other bulletin board that some have just 'clicked' into an even length awhile after having a THR done - so don't give up hope.
