I am three weeks post THR and one week post dislocation reduced under anesthesia. Having a hard time sleeping and scared silly it will happen again. Using the abductor pillor and can't sleep on my back. Back going to PT and feel like am doing well. Concerned about how long restrictions will apply. How do you shave your legs and put on panty hose? Please comment.
