Nice to read your story. Iam three weeks post THR and one week post dilocation. You are a little younger than I am. Scared after the dislocation but making progress. I too, am in Healthcare and plan to go back to work in about a month. Post surgery pain is gone but how long do the restrictions last? Iam so anxious to get back to normal.
