So good to read about others. I am a 58 y/o female who underwent THR three weeks ago. One week ago I had a dislocation which was both extremely painful and required reduction under anesthesia, not to mention gastly trip in ambulance to the hospital. Trying to get back. Fortunate to have had seven days in great rehab center and excellent PT. I can't imagine not having PT. I am having lots of problems with sleeping on my back because of now required use of abductor pillow. I think I am doing well but could do better with a good nights sleep.
Any comments will be appreciated.
