I just had hip surgery on August 22, and all I heard before this surgery was there will be no pain, and you can return to work in 6 weeks, and you can drive, etc., etc. All of that is a lie. I can not bend for 3 months because they did a Total Hip Surgery on me that has no cement so I have to wait longer to bend. I cannot Return to Work for 3 to 4 monhts, I cannot drive til than. I am in pain, almost as much as before surgery, but a different type. My legs and feet just ache. I wake up in the middle of the night and I hurt up and down my legs (both of them). This is not what I expected it to be. Has anyone else out there been lied to by their doctors as I have been? I think they should tell you what they are going to do before they tie you up for 3 or 4 months. Sorry to be depressive, but I am so depressed. I want to do things, and I can't even bend over to pick up a pill on the floor. Thanks for listening.
