Hello, I am 4 months post op right THR. Yes, I also had knee and groin pain/soreness for several months after surger. I believe the knee pain comes from the position in which your body is placed during surgery. The groin pain can be due to swelling inside that area . My pain was not great just annoying, but as I got stronger, so did my poor muscles.. we can only imagine what we went through in that operating room. I am sure we would be surprised .. COntinue to do what your Dr. says and do your PT,,good luck keep us posted....
