Went to Dr. last Wed. Knee pain was unbearable by then. Had MRI of knee - showed mucho swelling - he could not determine cause because of swelling. Thinks it may be a stress fracture from lack of use after core decompression or possibly more AVN. Had a total body bone scan yesterday - he wants to see if I have AVN anywhere else. am non-weighbearing again for 3 weeks hoping if stress fracture will self-heal. Will be making appointment for results of scan soon. I've really had it! I can't stand being dependent. Pain is still there but without weight on it not bad at all. I'm concerned what the scan will show. Will post back.
