Just keep doing what you are doing and try to sleep on the non-operated side with a pillow between your legs. I was about the same as you at 4 weeks and thought it would never end. It has been 2 1/2 months now and I sleep on both sides, though the operated side is still a little tender. I walk unassisted and work 12 hour days. Good Luck and keep the faith.
