Hello, You will find the soreness and pain around the operated area yet in months to come. My Dr. instructed me NOT to lay on operated leg . I have slept flat on my back since surgery. Don't you still use a pillow between your legs to remind you NOT to cross you feet and legs. Six days is not along time after surgery if the pain is this severe 6 wks after then consult your DR. Good luck to you and please take one day at a time. Time is the best healer...
