Carole, I am definitely going to have the at least the cup replaced. I haven't talked everything over with my doctor yet but I'm sure hoping they don't have to pull that stem out. Yeow! I am really getting a big case of the heebie jeebies knowing that thing is moving around in there. I recovered quickly from my first thr and knew something wasn't right with this one. Good luck., Mike
