Mr. Dunn, Thank-you for all the information concerning your hip-resurfacing. I do have many questions however, why is this your second hip-resurfacing? Was this the second time for the same hip? How long is this expected to last? Why did you need the operation? Hip displasia? AVN? What was your problem ,if I may ask? I to am younger being 48. I am 6 months post-op and doing fairly well. I wish they had a guide book to follow, sometimes I feel I am making tremendous progress and then I have a couple of bad days w/pain/stiffness/soreness. This, of course, puts me in a depressive state of mind. I feel like I am taking two steps forward and one back. I am sure there are many reading this feeling the same way. Please help support one-another,afterall we all in this for the long-haul...forever!!!!!HAPPY NEW YEAR and GOOD LUCK IN 2001.
