Sandra I'm 27 diagnosed with bilateral congenital hip dysplasia when I was 21. I was really concerned about the flexibility. Do you regain after time the previous flexability you had? Will I be able to ride my bike? Cross my legs? How are you able to care for yourself right after the surgery. My mom will be coming to stay with me for 2 weeks and my husband is taking 2 weeks vacation after she goes back to work. Would you think all this is necessary? I do have 2 young children. Am I going to just go between bed and couch for 4 weeks?
