Hi,
Just want to tell you that my surgery on December 18th was much much less painful than I had expected.
The first two days weren't wonderful, but by the third day I felt much better and was able to work hard in rehab by day four.
It's not three weeks yet and I've almost graduated from a walker to a cane.
I'm sure that, with young children, you will find it more difficult than I did to observe the precautions, but you can and will do it.
