I think you need to seek another opinion about the leg length. If the pain is not severe then I am sure it will get better. This surgery is a full year recuperation you know !!!! Perhaps you need to back off some of your activites until the pain subsides. Pain is an indication that all is not right OR you are doing too much. If you have complete faith in your Dr. listen to what he says, or find a second opinion. Sciatic nerve may also be involved...... take care and keep us posted...
