I had my first THR on November 15, 2000. I'm scheduled to have my second next week. My surgery was an incredible success and I would recommend it to anyone as long as you are absolutely sure of the skill of your surgeon and experience with this procedure. My question is: after three months, what kinds of exercise is recommended with a THR?
