Not sure how much help this will be but I had my hip replaced by Dr. William Harris at Mass General Hospital. He is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip injuries and replacements.
I was extremely impressed with him and have read many hip joint articles referring to Dr. Harris as an expert.
