Hi - I'm now almost 7 weeks post OP and can honestly say that I am not experiencing any pain in my upper legs (no pain at all actaully). I do attend Hydrotherapy 3 times a week. It certainly helps regain muscle tone. Did u participate in Hydrotherapy in addition to the normal physio?
