I just had a right hip "revision" which removed my old Depuy socket and polyetheline liner. The liner is totally degraded and bits of plastic were in my system which has caused me to have a "bursa" in my groin and pelvis for the past two years. Has anyone else ever had such a problem? Does anyone know about this part failure?
I would like to hear from others who have had the same type of prosthesis removed and what your story is.
