I, too, had the same thing you do when I was 12 years old. I had a THR at 24 and am facing another revision/THR/bone grafting on 1/12/2000. A friend of mine had avascular necrosis setting in and 30% of her head of her hip was dead. Our surgeon, Dr. Garvin at Univ. of Neb. Med Center rerouted veins and arteries and saved the hip head! How amazing! She said he did a miracle. Hope you get the help you need. Keep your chin up and look at the positive things in life. My faith in Jesus has seen me through 22 years of pain and problems.
