Hi Debbie- just read your story, and it is amazingly similar to mine, including the motorcycle. I put it off, but finally did it last week> I can tell you that my housebound fears were the same, but a week after the surgery, I was outside walking on crutches, and have been outside every day since, except for yesterday when the weather was bad. Go for it. I hope to be back on my bike in May or June. If I can answer any questions, give a yell.
