I am having a THR tommorrow, 3/20. My doctor seems to think walking is all I need, and he doesn't want more than 1/2 hour of that per day. Can I do aggressive rehab on my own? I am 43, in excellent physical health, and used to 3 hour bike rides up to one month ago. What did your aggressive rehab consist of? Please let me know.
