Brenda, How did you get involved in the study? I have heard there are new implants that researchers hope will last 30 years. Sounds like yours might be one of the ones they are hoping has long life and great results. I hope that is true. I have been feeling a bit sorry for myself having this happen at 47 (AVN from prednisone 16 years ago) and then I read stories form people in their 20s and 30s. Supporting and wishing the best for others truly takes our mind off ourselves for a while. Thanks for sharing your info, having just been diagnosed with this I am hungry for every bit of info I can find. Take care!
