Hi Kim, I'm 47 and feel I am young to have this problem so when I read your email my heart ached for you. Some resources I wanted to let you know about are as follows: Check out www.usnews.com Under "best hospitals" you can find a ranking of clincs and hospitals for all specialty areas. A doctor associated with the higher ranked facilites is a good bet. Also check out the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons site:(www.aaos.org) You can find out the board certified specialist in your area. I just found out a month ago that I had this problem so I have been haunting the internet for info. I hope this info will assist you in your search for answers . Take care
