I am on the mend!!!! Recovering from thr June 23,00. For 2 wks now I have been walking in the home without any support. But I do use my cane outside and to the store for extra support and confidence. I do all my own cleaning(not scrubbing floors) and am back to work. Yes, there are still some bad days with extra soreness,but still not as bad as before the surgery. I was in the hospital less then 48hrs after and walked down the corrider with a walker to PT less then 24 hrs after surgery. I still get scared sometimes as to what this all about, but with this support page it really makes things easier . GOOD LUCK to all of you who are in the same situation.
