Karen, After 2 months there was basically nothing I couldn't do, with the exceptions of the precautions. I was vacuuming, washing clothes and working from home 30+ hours a week. I am a computer programmer. My pain was GONE, I had to use a cane to aid my left leg but I knew it was going to be corrected soon. This time around is as different as black and white, lots of pain, exercises harder to do, the leg length, just everything. Yesterday I only cried 3 times so I'm hoping I'm on the upswing. The pain is still quite bad so I pray alot. Oh, and for what's it worth to compare to your situation, I'm 44. I hope you continue to improve and you will. Most authorities cite a year for being healed so always keep that in mind, and make comparisons to how far you've progressed to keep your perspective.Good luck to you.
