we have a lot in common. I returned to work at 9 weeks post op(on my feet for 2 hrs and off for 2hrs for 1 week then all day for 8 hrs. I was very tired but I pushed myself staying within the limits. Do your exercises as taught by PT. and try to walk as normally as possible. this was quite a challenge to me since I limped so prior to surgery. I guess realizing that I had my life back.... made me keep going and to prove to all that I will go on . try to forget that you have had a TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT and go for it! keep active but stay safe. lets keep in touch!!!
