HI PAT,
I am 2-1/2 post THR I know this can be hard. But, when I left the hospital I purchased a sock-putter-onner(ha ha) It really works, you put you socks over the tube and slip on your feet,but at this stage I do not need this anymore.Please tell me any precautions your Dr. has prescribed. After 6 wks my Dr. took me off all restrictions,and to do what I felt comfortable with and when. How far are you walking and with assistance? I walk wo/assistance unless I go to the store then I take my cane for reassurance. I would love to know more about your progress and stages of rehab.Continued GOOD LUCK>>>>>>>>>>>>Kathy
