Eve, How are you doing? Have you consulted with your Dr. about your back and thigh pain. Just courious because I am having the same problem lately. Alot of back spasm and soreness and tight muscles down the back of my legs to my calfs. I hope I just over-did things preparing for the holidays . I am interested in knowing how you are fairing and your remedy for this similar situation...HAPPY NEW YEAR..
