Just read your story inclduing the knee pain aspect. I had exactly the same problem with most of my pain in my knee and could not believe my consultant when he told me it was hip pain referred. I actually got him to show me my MRI pictures of the knee to prove that there was nothing wrong with the knee. Anyway I had uncemented THR doen some 3 weeks ago and I am getting on fine. Hope all goes well
