hello,to everyone,i'm new to chat, but not to the thr.I too had one in Dec of 98,still having problems with the pain in the femur. The Bone Scan, show's a spot in the middle of bone(femur) and one on the hip.One doctor is not concerned,the other one want's to look into the matter. The surgon who did the operation say's he did not use the Sulser Medica,I don't have a record of the one he did use. My concern is,My joint's hurt all the time and I fill like I have the flu.I have been told it could be Fibro My. I don't think so. Tests have shown some infecion in the body. What blood tests were done to you and how is your infecion at this time? I'm so sorry to read that so many of us are still having problems.I could go on but I'm hurting sitting here,gotta lay down for a while.Please write back and let me know how your infecion was detected.I can not bear down on my leg because the pain starts at the femur and knee then radiates,oh yes and the other dr. say's it's bursites.Yeh!sure.Thank You for being out there,I wish I had seen this web before I had the surg.Prayer's to all.
