The Biomet metal on metal hip is relatively new. I've heard of clicking on the metal on metal when the neck length was too short. When it's like that, there is a tendency for the hip to "shuck" or piston a little bit. Do your leg lengths feel the same? Do you feel like you come close to dislocating?
