I just read about your groin and other pains. I can understand. I had my surgery in August 2000 and still have severe groin pain and I have had the rear pain since surgery. You don't have to go to the discussion board for a answer to your question. All you need is to look at your surgery report or call your Dr. and ask him what they used. Mine was Howmedica. Today I went to a second opinion Dr. and he said I have all the symptons of a sulzer but I have howmedica but who says howmedica didn't make a bad one also? Now isn't that good news.
