I walked out of the hospital after 4 1/2 days with just a cane and have had virtually no pain after the first week. Just do all of your exercises religiously and you will feel great. I did more sets than the physical therapist recommended and my leg feels so strong now I can hardly believe it. I was really chomping at the bit after 6 weeks to get out and resume my life.
