Jan: I had AVN from having a broken hip. Never on any steroids or had any diseases or drank. One day was fine and the next I couldn't walk without a cane and that was hard. Both of my calves were cramped and extreme pain in my groin. So extreme, that I couldn't move leg forward. Also the clicking noise when I changed gears in my car (using the clutch). good luck.
